Usage:

1. Press the download button above. The zip file contains all the code you need for the form.
2. Unzip the file contact_form_speora
3. Open the file named “freecontactformsettings.php”
4. Look for send email to add the email addresses to receive the form submissions.
5. Upload the whole folder to your website
6. Open the enquiry.html in your browser and test
